The agreement

PourPro is published by Rawbales, operated by Michael Petsch. By downloading PourPro or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or the site. Contact mike@rawbales.com.

The product

PourPro is iPhone software that measures slabs and footings with augmented reality and shows cubic yards, bag counts, and cost from the prices you enter. It is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. You download it from the App Store. This website describes the app and does not take payment.

License

Rawbales grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PourPro on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms. You do not receive any ownership of the app. You may not copy the app except as iOS allows for your own use, sell it, rent it, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows that restriction to be waived.

Plans and prices

PourPro has three plans. Free has no subscription. Pro is $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year and includes a 7-day free trial. Team is $29.99 a month or $299.99 a year and adds company branding, a shared price list, crew invites, and owner and crew roles. These are US prices. The App Store shows the price for your country, including tax, before you confirm the purchase. Plan details are on the pricing page. If the App Store purchase screen describes a plan differently at the moment you subscribe, that screen is the offer you accept.

Free trial and renewal

The Pro trial lasts 7 days. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, Apple charges the monthly or yearly price of the Pro plan you selected, and the subscription renews automatically. If you buy a paid plan before a trial ends, you give up the unused part of the trial. Team does not include a free trial unless the App Store purchase screen says otherwise.

Paid subscriptions renew at the end of each period until you cancel. Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. If a price changes, Apple notifies you and asks you to agree where required. If you do not agree, the subscription ends at the close of the period you already paid for.

Refunds and cancellation

Pro and Team are sold and billed by Apple through In-App Purchase. Rawbales does not charge your card on this website and does not store your payment card number. Because Apple is the seller of record, refunds are requested from Apple and decided by Apple.

• Cancel anytime on the iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap PourPro, then tap Cancel Subscription. You can also manage the subscription from the App Store.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current paid period if you do not want the next charge.
• Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period already paid. It does not erase that period.
• Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support. Rawbales cannot issue an Apple refund from this website.
• If Apple grants a refund, Apple also decides whether access ends immediately.
• The Free plan has no charge and nothing to cancel.

Email mike@rawbales.com if a subscription is not unlocking the plan you bought and we will help you sort out the app side. The refund itself still goes through Apple.

Estimates

PourPro calculates volume from the shape and depth you measure, bag counts from the bag size you use, and cost from the prices you enter. You are responsible for checking the result before you order concrete or send a quote. PourPro is not a survey, a structural design, or a guarantee of the quantity a supplier will deliver. Sample numbers on this website are illustrations.

Your content

Prices, company names, logos, and quotes you put into PourPro stay yours. You are responsible for having the right to use any name or logo you place on a quote. Job data stays on your device, as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use PourPro to break the law, to interfere with someone else’s device, or to misrepresent a quote as coming from a company you do not have authority to speak for. Do not attempt to bypass Apple’s purchase flow.

Intellectual property

PourPro, the PourPro name, and the contents of this website belong to Rawbales or its licensors, except for Apple’s trademarks and any content you create. Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Rawbales is not affiliated with Apple beyond distributing PourPro on the App Store.

Apple

These terms are between you and Rawbales only. Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for PourPro or its content. The points below are here because PourPro is distributed through the App Store:

• Rawbales, not Apple, is responsible for maintenance and support of PourPro. Contact mike@rawbales.com.
• To the extent any warranty applies and is not disclaimed below, Rawbales, not Apple, is responsible for that warranty.
• Rawbales, not Apple, is responsible for product claims, including product liability, legal compliance, and consumer-protection claims relating to the app.
• Rawbales, not Apple, is responsible for investigating intellectual-property claims about the app.
• You represent that you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo and that you are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must also follow third-party terms that apply to your device, such as your wireless carrier’s data terms.
• Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, PourPro and this website are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that a measurement will match a tape, a survey, or a supplier’s ticket, or that the app will be uninterrupted. Some places do not allow these disclaimers. In those places, they apply only as far as the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Rawbales is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for concrete, labor, or other costs you incur from relying on an estimate. Our direct liability for a claim about PourPro is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the three months before the claim. That amount may be zero because Apple is the seller of record. Nothing in these terms limits liability the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where a limit is not allowed.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. If you keep using PourPro after the update, the new terms apply to that use. Rights you already have under a law that cannot be waived stay in place.
