Who we are

PourPro is an iPhone app published by Rawbales. Rawbales is operated by Michael Petsch. This policy covers the PourPro app and this website. Contact mike@rawbales.com.

Information stored on your device

Measurements, pour dimensions, materials, prices you enter, quotes, company branding, and crew roles you set up are stored on your iPhone. Rawbales does not receive that job data on a server and does not run a cloud account for your pours.

If you export a PDF quote, send a crew invite, or share a price list, you are sending that information to the people and apps you choose, for example Mail or AirDrop. That sharing is under your control. Uninstalling the app deletes its on-device data, subject to files you already exported and to how iOS handles app deletion.

Camera and LiDAR

PourPro uses the camera, and on supported iPhones the LiDAR scanner, only to measure slabs and footings in augmented reality while the measuring screen is open. Camera frames are processed on the device for that measurement. We do not save them as photos or video, do not upload them, and do not use the camera to identify people or for advertising.

No tracking

PourPro does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. In particular:

• No third-party analytics SDK.
• No advertising SDK and no sale of personal information.
• No sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• No App Tracking Transparency prompt, because we do not track you.
• This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not create an account.

If you use the theme control on this website, the site stores the word “light” or “dark” in local storage on your device so the next visit can open in the same theme. That value stays on your device. It is not sent to Rawbales.

Payments through Apple

Pro and Team are optional auto-renewable subscriptions sold by Apple as In-App Purchases. Apple is the seller of record. Rawbales does not receive your full payment card number, bank details, or Apple ID password. Apple’s privacy policy covers the payment data Apple collects. Apple may tell us whether a subscription is active, using a subscription status rather than your card, so the app can unlock the plan you bought.

Support email

If you email mike@rawbales.com, we use your email address and the message to reply and to look into the issue you describe. Include your iPhone model and iOS version if the question is about measuring. We keep the correspondence as long as needed to handle the request and as an ordinary business record. Writing to support does not add you to a marketing list.

This website

This site describes PourPro, lists prices, and publishes support, privacy, and terms. It does not take payment, does not ask you to create an account, and does not use analytics cookies. Your browser may keep a normal cache of the pages.

Children

PourPro is a business tool for estimating concrete. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. The posted policy is the one that applies.
