How billing works
- Where you pay
- You buy PourPro inside the iPhone app. Apple bills your Apple ID. This website does not take payment and does not see your card.
- Pro trial
- Pro includes a 7-day free trial on the monthly plan ($9.99) and the yearly plan ($79.99). If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, Apple charges the plan you chose and the subscription renews.
- Team
- Team is $29.99 a month or $299.99 a year. It adds company branding, a shared price list, crew invites, and owner and crew roles. Team does not include a trial unless the App Store purchase screen says so.
- Renewal and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel in the iOS Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then PourPro, then Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. You keep access through the end of the period already paid.
Refunds
Apple sells the subscription and decides refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Rawbales cannot refund an Apple charge from this website. The full refund and cancellation policy is in the terms.
